When going from L-T on early offense scenarios, try to get underneath the play and officiate the waist of the defender.

Conference play  is now in session. Officiating crews must be prepared physically and mentally for the challenge. As a crew we must work every possession hard. This is not negotiable, it must be done. In order to have the focus we must have appropriate rest and nutrition. This is the building block for effective pre-game preparation- consistent decision making- and maximum effort.

Here we go:

1. Every one will get respective captains at 12 minutes. The captains meeting should be no more then “10” seconds. We need to stop giving clinics.
