I1. In the Lead position, at times rotate at an accelerated pace. You do this to accept the play and receive it. You will have a better open angle.
2. Recognize your match-ups. Are they active, passive or Engaged.
3. Cadence whistles are used for secondary coverage only.
4. Center official be ready for Curl and Crossing Plays. Lead official leave Curl Plays alone.
5. On double whistles, get eye contact with your partners, get voice acknowledgement from your partners, go to the play and communicate.
