If you want to improve your rules knowledge, try writing out sections of the rules code in long hand. Studies have shown taking copious notes helps improve retention of the material. Also, a 20008 study published in the Journal of Cognitive Neuroscience found adults have an easier time recognizing new information written by hand over characters generated by a computer.
