When officiating post play, identify the first match-up. For Example, competitive, passive, engaged, small vs big and visa-versa. If you are working 2 or 3 person , its best to be on the side where the match-up starts in the Lead Position. For engaged or small vs. big and visa-versa, get to that side. The important aspect of post play is to rule on the first foul.
