1. Make sure coaches are in the box.
2. Focus on deescalation, Rule / Mechanic based explanations and consistent enforcement of Bench Decorum.
3. A behavioral warning is a great tool.
4. A technical foul is a tool as well its not a weapon.
5. Remember we are a team.
