It is hard to tell if the defender has his hands on the offensive player, that makes him throw his arm back? The defender might have gotten lucky on this play...

The defender is not in a legal guarding position as the offensive player spins....but the offensive player appear to use his right arm to push his way around the spin to get past the defender. I'd say a good call.

the defender has legal guarding position. While his back is towards the basket, the player with ball uses his left arm to separate himself from the defender on the spin move and the right arm to "keep him away." Official got it right, but could have blown this play dead sooner

Offensive foul. Could be reviewed with monitor for severity and flagrant. Looks like face contact.
