On this transition B-C play the trail to lead official does a great job hustling back to the end line to accept the play. The defender never establishes legal guarding position and the official correctly calls a blocking foul.

Defender does have guarding position ( i.e. both feet touching the floor and facing his opponent);it's just that he is moving toward his opponent when contact occurs
